Operations Associate

STBL Strategies  |  15 to 25 hours per week

About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Associate to work directly with the founder to automate and optimize the systems that run STBL Strategies. Primary focus areas are our Zoho ecosystem and web platform, with growth into AI-driven SEO, SEM, and social media optimization.

This is a structured apprenticeship as much as it is a job. The founder will lead each project step by step, define the scope, and review work at defined checkpoints. You will use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) as your primary technical lever, with direct guidance on how to use them well.

What You Will Work On

Projects are assigned one at a time with clear scope and success criteria. Focus areas include:

  • Zoho automation and optimization: improving how Zoho CRM, Books, and connected modules work together; streamlining workflows; reducing manual steps
  • Website platform optimization: improving site performance, structure, and back-end efficiency
  • AI-driven SEO and SEM: using AI tools to research, plan, and execute search optimization and paid search work
  • AI-driven social media: content planning, scheduling, trend analysis, and performance reporting
  • New store and platform builds: supporting back-end setup, configuration, and integration work
  • Process documentation: every project ships with documentation that captures what was built, how it works, and how to maintain it

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Strong written communication and documentation habits
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and able to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Active user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for work tasks
  • Detail orientation: you would rather get it right than get it fast
  • Receptive to direction, feedback, and structured project work
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own time within defined hours

Helpful but Not Required

  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or e-commerce platforms
  • Prior experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Make, Zapier, n8n, or other automation tools
  • Background in operations, administration, marketing coordination, or project management
  • Coursework or self-study in business operations, information systems, or related fields

How We Work

  • 15 to 25 hours per week, schedule built around your availability and ours
  • Hybrid: some in-person work in Wichita, some remote
  • Direct working relationship with the founder: no layers, no committees
  • Clear projects, written briefs, defined checkpoints
  • Performance reviewed at 30, 60, and 90 days against named outcomes
  • Strong performers will have the opportunity to expand scope, hours, and responsibility over time

Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

STBL Strategies  |  5 to 10 hours per week

About the Role

We are hiring a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support hands-on order fulfillment, kitting, and light customer service tasks at our Andover warehouse. This is an in-person role focused on the physical and operational side of the business.

You will work directly with the founder. The hours are limited and the scope is defined, but the work matters. The way orders leave our space reflects directly on the brands we represent.

What You Will Work On

  • Receiving and inventory: accepting incoming product shipments, verifying counts, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
  • Kitting and assembly: building branded merchandise kits according to written specifications, ensuring every kit meets quality standards
  • Packing and shipping: preparing outbound shipments, generating shipping labels, coordinating carrier pickups
  • Quality assurance: inspecting product before it ships, flagging defects or inconsistencies, ensuring presentation standards are met
  • Customer service support: responding to internal order status questions and drafting client-facing updates for founder review
  • Order documentation: keeping accurate records of what shipped, when, and to whom, in our systems

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistent scheduled hours
  • Detail-oriented: you notice when something is off and you flag it
  • Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks
  • Clear written communication for customer service tasks
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, shipping software)
  • Pride in tidy, organized work, both physical and digital

Helpful but Not Required

  • Prior warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or production experience
  • Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, ShipStation, or similar)
  • Customer service or front-desk background
  • Familiarity with Zoho or other CRM systems

How We Work

  • 5 to 10 hours per week, scheduled in coordination with the founder
  • In-person at our Andover, KS warehouse
  • Direct working relationship with the founder: clear instructions, written specifications, and defined standards for every task
  • Documentation and accuracy are part of the job, not extras
  • This role has potential to grow in hours and scope as the business expands
