Our Commitment
At STBL Strategies, sustainability is not a checkbox or a marketing position. It is a lens we apply to how we source, who we partner with, and what we put our name on. We are building toward more. We are operating better right now.
Sourcing Philosophy
Every product recommendation STBL makes goes through a lens of quality, longevity, and responsible production. We do not source cheap to maximize margin. We source with intention to protect yours.
That means asking harder questions of our vendors: Where is this made? How is it made? Will it hold up? Will it reflect your brand standards in six months the way it does on day one? Branded merchandise that falls apart is not a savings. It is a liability to your brand.
We actively seek out suppliers with responsible manufacturing practices, domestic production options, and a track record of delivering on what they claim. And when a client's program has an opportunity to reduce waste through smarter ordering, better forecasting, or consolidated fulfillment runs, we bring that forward.
If your name is on it, it should be worth keeping.
Sourcing Standard
The land we live on shapes how we think about the work we do.
Natural World
Natural World
Koell Collins built STBL from a place that matters to her: a home in the Kansas Flint Hills, surrounded by land, animals, and a way of life that demands attention to the natural world. That is not background. It shapes the firm's values directly.
A commitment to the natural world means caring about what ends up in landfills, what chemicals go into production, and what the long-term footprint of a branded program looks like. It means favoring products with recycled content, natural materials, and responsible packaging when those options serve the client's program well.
We do not claim perfection. We claim intention. And we bring that intention into every sourcing conversation we have on a client's behalf.
Community Stewardship
STBL Strategies is based in Wichita, Kansas, and proudly rooted in the communities of the region. We believe that businesses have a responsibility to the places they operate in: to support local organizations, to hire thoughtfully, to source locally when it serves the program, and to show up when it counts.
When we build programs for our clients, we look for ways to extend that community orientation. Gifts that support local makers. Merchandise that tells a regional story. Fulfillment partnerships with organizations that have a social mission. These are not difficult asks. They are better decisions when someone is looking for them.
STBL looks for them on your behalf.
Strong programs strengthen the communities that deliver them.
Community
Credibility in this space is earned through accountability to the industry.
Industry Partnership
Industry Partnership
The promotional products industry has a responsibility to lead on sustainability, transparency, and ethical supply chains. STBL engages actively in that work. We stay current on supplier certifications, industry standards, and responsible sourcing frameworks so our clients do not have to.
We partner with vendors who share our values and who can demonstrate it. We participate in industry education, maintain active membership in trade organizations, and track the evolving landscape of sustainable product options. When better options become available, we bring them forward.
We are also honest with clients about where the industry still has work to do. That transparency is part of the partnership.
Where We Stand
STBL Strategies is actively building toward formal sustainability certifications and ESG frameworks. We are not there yet, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that our sourcing decisions, vendor partnerships, and program recommendations reflect this commitment in practice every day.
We believe that good stewardship is not about achieving a certification and stopping. It is about continuously evaluating the impact of our decisions on our clients, our communities, and the natural world. That work is ongoing. We welcome clients who share that view.
Work Together
If sustainability is part of how your organization thinks, it belongs in your branded programs too. Let's build something that reflects that.
